- The feed in tariff payment table set out by OFGEM offers the higher tariff for properties that have EPC certificates of a grade D or above.
- The Middle rate tariff is for Landlords who have multiple properties with an EPC grade D or above
- The lower tariff is for Properties that do not have an EPC of grade D or above.
