We work with developers, architects, self-builders, renovators and anyone looking to switch to a renewable energy solution. We don’t restrict ourselves to one manufacturer, because we don’t believe in limiting your options.

Our managing director has extensive knowledge in all sectors of the construction industry. His background gives us the ability to understand the unique aspects of each individual project and specify the most efficient renewables for your build. As a locally based company, we recognise the potential challenges of Cornwall – we’ve seen them all. With a network of award-winning technicians on board we’re able to offer the best, most cost-effective solutions. We are MCS accredited and all our solar and heat pump engineers are qualified to industry and manufacturer standards. Our team is still made up of the same professional tradesmen that we started out with in the very beginning.
Emma specialises in heat pump systems and worked for two Cornish heat pump installers before joining Harvest in 2019. Her role involves designing renewable heating systems, surveying for heat pump installations, and designing solar PV systems. Emma enjoys that every property and project is different, finding fulfilment in designing bespoke solutions. She loves that her job takes he to every remote corner of Cornwall.
She has a BSc in Environmental Science from University of Exeter (Penryn). In her free time she is managing shuttlecocks for Truro Badminton Club, riding her e-bike or canoeing on the River Fal.
Michelle has worked at Harvest Cornwall since 2020 answering client queries and assisting with sales and procurement. Prior to working at Harvest she worked as an accounts and customer care manager for an international company also based in Cornwall.
Working at Harvest allows Michelle to learn something new everyday and she gets to work with a variety of clients, suppliers and tradesmen.
Her passions are shopping for vintage treasures, reading and spending time with family.
Kitty’s degree in Renewable Engineering from the University of Exeter has been put to good use since she joined Harvest in February 2023, during the throws of a huge increase in demand for solar.
She has flourished in her role, supported by the extensive and diverse training offered by manufacturers such as Solar Edge / Tesla/ Fox / Sunsynk / Giv Energy/ and the latest solar design software PV SOL and Open Solar.
An impressive open water swimmer, she recently completed the Dart 10k. She also enjoys walking the coastal paths of Corwall, sewing and baking.

Experienced Renewable Energy Engineer, initially specialising in selling, designing
and installing Solar PV and then in Air Source Heat Pumps, Biomass and Solar
Thermal technologies. An electric car owner since 2007, who has a passion for Renewable
Energy and a belief that we need to transition to a Low Carbon Economy.
Before Steves interest in renewable energy he was a Combat System Engineer for the Royal Navy.
Outside of Work Steve volunteers at the St Austell Food bank
He also enjoys playing football and time with family.
When Aaron is not at work he enjoys Mountain biking and walking his dog.
Richard worked for a solar PV company before joining Harvest. He moved to Cornwall for a change of lifestyle. He enjoys rock climbing and diving, Richardi is also a trained dive instructor and has spent time diving all over the world.
Coln Lawson- Lead Electrical Engineer IET (Member of the institute of engineering and technology)
Colin is a Technician Grade electrician the highest level of achievement for Electrical qualifications.
He
Colin has extensive experience in everything electrical, he has been an electrician since 1978, Before joining Harvest 9 years ago Colin worked on many high end electrical installations around the UK.
Colin enjoys Rugby, walking his dog, music and has recently built a new house.
Craig has been an electrical engineer for the past 15 years and trained extensively in Solar PV and heat pumps with Harvest over the last 3 years.
Outside of working for Harvest Craig enjoys Surfing – Jui Jitsu – Playing the guitar and family time.
Daniel came to Harvest after working for another local Solar PV installer. Daniel has a broad knowledge of solar, with a focus on the roofing aspect but has a keen interest on all things renewable and often supports engineers on battery storage and heat pumps.
On Daniels days off he goes Mountain biking , Surfing and plays the guitar.
Daniel has been an electrician for 23 years and did his apprenticeship with his father who is also an electrician. Daniel wanted a new path and has chosen to work in the renewable industry. He enjoys the challenge of fault finding and visiting trade shows looking for the latest solutions in renewable energy.
Daniel enjoys working on and racing cars, boxing, general DIY / renovations and time with family.
Richard has been installing Solar for the past 5 years and prior to this was a roofer for a local Cornish Roofing company.
Richard Enjoys time with family/ and loads of other stuff not sure what yet.
